Complaints

How to make a complaint or raise a concern

Elizabeth Morgan House realises there will be instances where people are unhappy with our services or wish to raise a concern. 

Things you might like to raise a concern about include being unhappy with an interaction with a staff member, feeling bullied or disempowered or you are unhappy with a decision EMH has or hasn't made.

EMH takes complaints seriously and strives to provide a culturally safe service. 

If your complaint involves a staff member, we encourage you to speak with that staff member first. You can have someone else make a complaint on your behalf.

To make the process easier, we have set up a complaints email address, which is monitored by our CEO. Please send your complaints and concerns to

complaints@emhaws.org.au for action.
